The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Paul’s communication was quick and clear and he arranged to call to my house for a consultation at a time that suited me. He made great suggestions and ended up with a design that was exactly what I wanted. The finished jacket was quick to arrive and was a perfect fit when I tried it on. Couldn’t be happier with everything.
